Success 1st is excited to welcome individuals who are invested in the future of a younger generation, and willing to work directly within their communities while becoming a significant source of support to youth and their families

We seek volunteers, ages 13 and older to offer their time and talents to assist in, but not limited to, event and activity creation, as well as peer mentoring. All aspects of Volunteerism and program goals essentially rests on our 3 pillars of Focus:

 

Personal Responsibility

Civic Engagement

Communication

 

Success 1st truly desires those inclined to build partnerships. This, in turn, will yield collective efforts to frame strategies, affording its participants a ‘safe’ space to freely explore interests, share talents, and simply and comfortably, enjoy this youthful phase of their lives. We invite you to support the critical mission to educate, encourage and equip young people with tools to achieve positive outcomes through a healthy decision-making process.

 

Most volunteer work can be done virtually and could include support from your talents in areas such as planning activities, public speaking, entertainment, promoting events and social media presence, etc. There are opportunities for autonomy over a given area, as well as working with a team or even committee leadership.
